Hi Tom - personally, I do not believe it is BAS. However, ADCT has been acquiring companies, so it could be any number of them. I have no problem if some of these people want ti cash in.

Btw, restricted or not restricted, there are plenty of financial engineers out there who will eager to seduce the newly rich to sell out. One scheme I heard of is that finance the kiddies to sell options. Maybe it is legal, but thus have I heard :)
