It would be extremely unlikely for Dr. Phan to invite Regis to anything since he is engaged in litigation against him. I have heard that Regis and Sherman are engaged in a little effort to short HRCT's stock and have been for some time. There seems to be some suspicious selling into every news release and a certain MM (PCOS) appears to be HRCT's largest shorter. Under the circumstances it would be very unlikely that Possino and HRCT are involved in anything together except a food fight. You should do better digging when associating individuals.
