The shares will be sold from time to time by the selling shareholders named in this prospectus at prices determined by the prevailing market price for the shares or in negotiated transactions. ADC will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares. The common stock is traded on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "ADCT."
