Twest,

IMO MM make money only when they churn volume with a decent spread. The more volume they churn the more money they can make.
Why would they accumulate at this point. They don't know any more than shareholders if the stock is undervalued. This is a development stage company with no record of earnings and projected earnings are only speculation at this point. MM deal in reality. If they can churn more volume at lower valuations, that is what they will do. They can stimulate moves one way or the other by shuffling large volume between themselves, but they will never fight the prevailing sentiments or insecurities of the present for long. Thats like betting the market will go up on increasing interest rates. MM don't like to play with their own money for long. If and when we receive good news, the churn will tend to the increase as that will be the prevailing momentum. This is only an observation on my part and in no way is a recommendation for or against the stock. Any other opinions on this strategy would be appreciated.

Regards,

Gerry
