This is an outstanding opportunity. Companies under duress sometimes get lazy at shareholders' expense and do not pay the legal fees required to finish all of the details of a transaction. That appears to be the case here. When the company is advised of the trrading in DTEC, they will be forced to finalize the stock merger and since the reverse split has already occured anyone hold DETC will have an automatic gain of about 7X. The only risk is that after the stock consolidation, PHOX drops which is a risk to holders of DTEC. I think its worth a whirl. Now we need to get some trading going on DTEC.
