He gave me Mr. Schafer's telephone number as (510)656-9339. So, I called. The receptionist identified the business reached as: Business Cellular Services 42329 Osgood Road Fremont, CA 94539 ...and confirmed a Mr. Larry Schafer does indeed work there. I left a message for Mr. Schafer for clarification of "Teletech Solutions" and am awaiting a response. eric
