Teletech Solutions, purportedly a "reseller" of Amati computers in Fremont CA, is not related in any way to Teletech Holdings Co. In fact, Teletech Solutions in Fremont does not even have a correct entry in the local phone directory (as I found when I called the number listed for them). Mysterious, but I am sure there is no connection with publically traded Teletech Holdings (TTEC). <<

I contacted writer, Jim Carr, who first mentioned Larry Schafer of Teletech Solutions, Fremont, CA. He gave me Mr. Schafer's telephone number as (510)656-9339. So, I called.

The receptionist identified the business reached as:

Business Cellular Services
42329 Osgood Road
Fremont, CA 94539

...and confirmed a Mr. Larry Schafer does indeed work there.

I left a message for Mr. Schafer for clarification of "Teletech Solutions" and am awaiting a response.
