Hi Chad I think that we may be reading something else in the press
release, please correct me if I am wrong.
What I read is, that STS is offering a Private Placement for up
to $405,000.00, this do not mean (and I am not sure about it)
that they have a investor ready to put the monney in now, this mean
that they agread to use 2. million shares for this purpose.
To me (again correct if needed) this is a fund raising, not
completed.
