Good point. Fox said that Bush looked shocked when David asked the question. I don't know why he did, his staff, or someone should have warned him to expect to be attacked!

If I knew it, why didn't someone around bush know it? I would have advised bush NOT to go on his show to begin with...He could have begged off.. scheduling conflict, or something feasible, would have done.
