Brig, accounting not my strong suit....so what you/they are saying is that ENGLISH, MCCAUGHAN & OBRYAN did work for TSER and VALUED it at $475,000. They were paid in stock and now they are selling or sold to get "real" money? So TSER gets the expense of 475,000 and English et al get what they can on the open market?
Gave myself a headache, now I know why I copied my roommates homework in accounting 101, lol.
