ENGLISH, MCCAUGHAN & OBRYAN....Were paid in stock.
According to IR they have not sold and this 500k shares was already included in float. They believe it will see this price and if it does not they will either refile or if they sell below this price, value will revert back to stock price at the day they filed can not show a loss.

This is the way I understood it...
