Hi Sonki, I'm afraid I have to tell you---126 at year-end!...Hold on, don't run yet!...I laid that path to fellow threaders when the stock was just over 35 in January. I know, they were thinking that I was just hallucinating and just mistaking my sheer guts for informed instincts. I arrived at 126 because it is a 250% gain from 36 (the starting price of the stock at the beginning of the year). I told them that I just wanted to Re-Live the late 70s, when AMAT gained 250% in 1 year ---then went ahead another 100% the following year!... That 126 is just for my own use---set high enough so that I have a good chance not to under-estimate the stock. That 126 goal proved beneficial to me in that there was no Upper Limit for me to when I bought AMAT Options---I believed that no matter how high I buy the option, I will manage to sell it higher---given sufficient time!..

Now, Sonki, you dont' have to follow my own path. Now, you can review the previous posts in this thread and you can see, there are many paths to the 100s laid out by others than me!...As for the short-term. I don't have much success predicting them---I think, I'm far-sighted with regards to investing. Here's my guess:---because the market has no cause to fear Alan Greenspan for 2 months, I see the stock going up (in tandem with the market) while waiting for the release of earnings report in August---say to the 80s...90s?---time will tell...
