Well we won't know until after the fact. Oil needs to come down to the mid to low 20's but I really don't see that happening unless the winter is really mild. Oil inventories especially of heating oil are way way too low for this time of year which will continue to put pressure on prices until spring.

The bears of course went too far on the downside! I'd sure like to see a year end rally to shut them up. I am eagerly awaiting Cisco's CC and earnings report.
