It is actually quite simple if you are into Options & LEAPS.
In plain English it would go something like this:

"When QQQ was @ 84, I bought 02,86c@18.5(WUGAH) and 02,82p@12(WUGMD)"

Translation; "When QQQ was at $84.00 I bought LEAP CALLS for Jan 2002, strike 86 for $18.5 per contract. I also bought LEAP PUTS for Jan 2002, strike 82 for $12 per contract"
