MPTV, Inc. Announces Receipt of Loan Documents From Oxford International, Inc.
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- MPTV, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: MPTV), a Nevada corporation, has received loan documents
from Oxford International, Inc. and has requested that Oxford schedule their
final walk-through at the property in as Vegas, NV for Wednesday, October 25th
and Thursday, October 26th.
Hurley Reed stated, "Scheduling the final walk-through for October 25th
and 26th gives the MPTV management team and attorneys the time to complete a
thorough evaluation of the closing documents. MPTV will be prepared to
finalize any outstanding closing issues and to set the closing date with
Oxford."
MPTV, Inc.'s current project is the proposed Lake Tropicana Timeshare
Resort and Towers located in Las Vegas, Nevada between the MGM Grand
Hotel/Casino, the Aladdin Hotel/Casino on the "Strip" and the Hard Rock Cafe
on Paradise and Harmon Avenue. The "Harmon Corridor" is undergoing
transformation with two new casino hotels and three large timeshare projects
