Interesting post. I'm not sure I follow. As an Atheist, I expected that you would also be a materialist. Are you saying that the physical universe does not have extension in space and time? It's all just an illusion? Who is having this illusion?
I do not agree that a universe that pops out of a quantum fluctuation actually pops out of nothing. That is simply moving the goalpost's back a bit, imo. It begs the question, and raises a whole lot more.

I agree with your premise but not with your conclusion. Are you are arguing from transcendence to existence, then saying our existence is not real, therefore transcendence does not exist? I would go the opposite direction and start with existence. I say it is real. My computer is real, Logic is real, the laws of physics are real, and personality along with morality exist. I agree that the only explanation for such a proximate reality is an ultimate reality. That such things do in fact appear real could of course be an illusion, but that is generally a polytheistic Hindu answer, is it not?
Since you gave me a good link , here is one I think you will find very interesting. It is a real audio debate between Gordon Stein and Greg Bahnsen on the existence of God. Bahnsen uses the transcendent argument for the affirmative.
