TWEST: I have been searching for the reasons in the removal of the Topper Gold press release. I re-read the company's goal which clearly indicates "mineral resource" is one of its key ingredients. The Topper Gold announcement was a good PR effort and IMMM jumped 20% because of it. But why removing it? Hence I have great doubt about this episode and offer the following thoughts:

Answer #1: Topper Gold is no longer in IMMM's current business plan because of its limited potential. Read the Topper Gold balance sheet and you'll find out that it is a marginal company strapped for cash.

Answer #2: Current management feels the UPR deal is good enough for them and there is no need for other side shows.

Answer #3: The good doctor feels that he has been vindicated by the results of the lastest venture and becomes cocky.

Answer #4: UPR instructed them to stay on course and to eliminate any frills. UPR has a long relationship with the good doctor and I believe they are in good terms.

Answer #5: The Topper Gold letter of intent was directed to the old management who had other objectives other than the commercialization of this technology.

In summary, as an early IMMM plunger, I first had Great faith in the technology after due diligence. Then I had Great doubt when it plunged to the abyss. Afterwards, I spent Great effort in finding out why. Question: Will Great success follow?

I still have faith until the good doctor jumps out from the EM Sounder helicopter from 5,000 meters.
