David: I do not buy your argument. It is often employed by you Bush boys and is simply too tidy an excuse for GWB's lack of smarts. Doofuses like Bush tend to appoint fellow doofuses to Cabinet and judicial posts. Gore would appoint quality, crackerjack people to Cabinet and judicial posts.
