Hi Drea - my daughters been after me to make pumpkin pie - (from a real pumpkin no less) - in the recent Martha Stewart Magazine, she has a recipe in it and says to roast a Sugar Pumpkin (not a jack-o-lantern pumpkin), which I'm going to try to get at a produce store in Houston one of these days. Have you a favorite recipe? I've always used the Libbys canned pumpkin, but think I'll give the real thing a shot - didn't look hard. Also, do you have a recipe for sugar cookie frosting that kids like? I'd like to do some Halloween cookies with tinted frosting. Last time I made Royal Icing I wasn't too thrilled with it. Thanks!
