Jim, what is your interest in HECHA? You should be shorting HECHB if your broker allows you. Shares are occasionally borrowable. Are you considering going long HECHA? I wouldn't do that unless you are also shorting the B. The company is going down the toilet and may only be able to survive until Feb. 1999 when their revolving credit agreement comes up for renewal. Nevertheless, I am going to attend their annual meeting June 10 in Albany, NY, where they have opened a pilot store for a concept that they hope will turn them around. It is probably too little too late, regardless. Still, if you would like to report back, I will.
