Gee, let's see, perhaps it'll help keep guns out of the hands of people who misuse them, or traffic illegally in them? There are tens of thousands of gun control laws. None of them are very effective at keeping guns out the the hands of people who traffic illegally in them. Criminals can get guns, only the law abiding will be stopped by gun control laws. Tim
