Thank you for your response. As always, I learn a great deal every time I read your postings.

If I understand you correctly, it seems that the performance of both the K6 and the P-II will improve once the 100MHz chipset is available because they will both benefit from the faster main memory access speed.

Will the K6 have access to 100MHz chipsets before the P-II does? If so, then how will the perfomance of the K6 with 100MHz chipsets compare to the P-II with the current chipsets?
