I listened to a conference call yesterday with analsyts and today with the media .....if I am hearing things right the deal is 5 million cash right now and 3 million more at time of dc ipo...in years 2 and beyond the 10 million figure is a minimum number per year with actually figure based on some type of royalty figure.......and yes there was an exchange of stock with dc getting I think 1.2 million warrants priced at 17% preium t o 10/18 price and neom getting I think 1.4 shares or equivalent in cash I think at time of ipo.
