RudeDog.....

>>Frederick - do you really think that a company that would go to the mat over a matter of principle would actually make a less than pragmatic business decision no matter what the quid was? I don't.>>

Microsoft's entire history has been a calculated study in the power/control options/choices which are driven by Mr. Quid and Mr. Quo interacting with one another.

Sure, in the marketing areas there's been an almost timeless mantra in tribal paradigm building initiatives that appear to "go vertical" beyond the "stuck in the mud" exchanges which are mearly horizontal in nature.

I don't believe Gate's really, truly believes in the power of these visionary SERVICE models and energy which are massively transforming the world right now.

I see him still defending, dodging and weaving "out of principal" you may say, but what I have witnessed does not even come close to passionate principaled positions.

Worse case perhaps, they got caught "being arrogant" and will have to pay in some way, but I really believe they are going to split and that the fact that there's "hell to pay" in Utah would not at all surprise me.

I've got my hands full with two companies in Utah right now and there's an incredible abusive culture down there which seems to have deep roots inside our federal goverment.

Peace.

GO!!
