My solution would be to have government run drug FARMs. Anyone allowed in. Once in, all drugs free -- in any quantity desired -- as well as room and board ;(. A month drug free to get back out. No penalties for drug usage outside -- just have to pay for them. No penalties for drug sales outside -- just 38% tax rate & let the tax laws take care of the problem. Free market can be a great thing. Just trust people to make decisions based on their best interest. tgptndr
