Pearly_Button: TA should never be treated as a religion. Technical Analysis should not be used in a vacuum IMO. Fundamental and sentiment analysis should augment TA. However, TA should guide entry/exist strategies. Of course, TA is only as good as the one using it and the tools one chooses to use. The same could be said about any form of analysis. In reality....it is what works for the individual that really counts. If you can profit in the markets by throwing a few blades of grass in the air to obtain investment decisions, so be it...<g> MDD promotes all serious efforts (technical, fundamental, news driven and sentiment driven) to analyze the markets.
