Osprey acquires Louisiana working interest Osprey Energy Ltd OEL Shares issued 5,334,288 Oct 19 close $1.30 Fri 20 Oct 2000 Acquisition The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement dated April 3, 2000, between the company and New Energy Corp., pursuant to which the company will acquire a 75-per-cent working interest before payout and a 50-per-cent working interest after payout in the Vernon/Cotton Valley field in Louisiana.
