Your plan does not sound very free market to me. I can see legalizing drugs but I don't think the government should provide free drugs. What about the "free room and board". That is not free market either. I tell you what instead of giving me free room and board on a farm can I get the government to make my mortgage payments (or at least the interest)? Do I have to use drugs to get this benefit? Tim
