You are correct. It's sorta too bad Republicans and the media put so much pressure on Clinton because of his stupid inhalation remark. It set the marijuana/hemp agenda back eight years.

However, of Gore and Bush, it is Gore who is more likely to not take a staunch law and order approach, thereby wasting more money, in order to solve our nation's drug problems. Republicans are simply too hung up on the issue. Within a Republican administration, we'll move backwards instead of forwards on the issue.
