Darrell - it looks like the world wide number for DELL was 18% growth Y/Y, about the same as the industry. That's a 5% drop in W/W growth from last quarter. The 21% was US market growth and that's a generous round up from 20.2%. Here's the quote:

According to IDC, Dell led the U.S. PC market for the sixth quarter in a row with 20.2% market share. Dell was No. 2 worldwide with 11.5% market share and units up 17.9% Y/Y (and up 11.1% Q/Q) to 3.8 million. This is slightly higher than our estimate of 3.7 million for Dell's fiscal quarter ending in October. (Note that IDC's estimate is for the calendar quarter ended September.) It is important to note that Dell's FQ3 is back-end loaded) and that October shipments are not in these numbers.
