All I said was that I found the letter to be of no substantive value. Come on now, how can any shareholder take other than a dim view with the current share price, delisting, financial shanagans, massive insider selling, prior to the precipitous price decline, SEC inquiry, replacement of the auditors and class action suit. You must be a very cheery person. :-)

But remember, I am the one who found the silver lining.
