Buckey et al....I was just informed that the deal has received approval and the news release, although erroneous as to partners of the transaction,(specifically New Energy)it is approved none the less.Apparently this is what the company has been waiting for.
This is great news as all their properties are now approved.I was also told that now the company can issue via news release information about the property that they could not do until they obtained approval.Apparently they sent in a report to the VSE on the tuesday following thanksgiving week-end and the person who normally does handle the file passed the file over to someone else for handling.Therein, is a possible explanation for the error in that release.I expect that we will see news on monday.
