Sorry Ben. That is ABSOLUTELY WRONG! ---------- Damn! <g> The OHG Harmonization Proposal mandates its 3 modes - 1 Standard be ANSI-41 and GSM Map compliant. To your knowledge, is my understanding also incorrect that the three modes (wCDMA, CDMA2000 and a possible China candidate) functioning in conformance with this proposal would be capable of communication without smart cards or dual mode chipsets? also, welcome back! ben
