Howse you getting on Patrick? I went to Canada right after you got back and figured it was better to fade your trip than emulate it. I have one thing to say about the markets, when to sell is the hardest decision. Golf courses up the ying yang around the headwaters of the Columbia. They all advertise their ranking on the billboards with # and year. All the flat land is golden up there. Probably why the black bears spend their time down below. I've lost my temper on black tails on the fairway before but black bears somehow curb the urge for the #2 iron. Hope you and yours are well.
