I agree ... and disagree. ;-)

I agree ... he excels at vision.

But I disagree on the concept of his ability to "see[s] far down the road."

Since the future has not occurred yet, anything is possible, and there is no defined future. So what he *really* does, IMHO, is take his vision and make it reality.

He finds the companies and people who can create the vision that he sees. He introduces people to people, and he evangelizes his vision to those people.

George does nothing other than *create* the future that he sees. And to me, this is the only way to do it! ;-)

P.S. This is also why he has "bad picks" ... when the people that he locates lie to him about what they are doing, and what they are capable of, he must look for other people to fulfill his vision ...
