Interesting. Is that Yahoo board still available? It was a fascinating discussion relative to the rights of posters. It was alleged, I believe, that Erik the son of the founder, basically ran the company into the ground by over-leveraging. He had a huge 7 figure or close package all while the company was going under. There were allegations of side and sweetheart deals. Yet he blamed a message board for the failure of the company. Amazing!!! I wonder if any of the shareholders will use his suit to counterclaim for misappropriation of corporate assets, breach of fiduciary responsibilities, or possible claims under SEC laws and regs., etc. Good luck.
