V..interesting to note that as pervasive as Intel is, they are not invincible on law suits. In the mid 90's, Digital nailed them over patent infringement on Alpha chip technology. DEC at the time was hemorraging money and didn't appear to have market strength...but they beat'em. I think it's critical that the market have a number of chip designers and foundry's that are strong...having one dominant player is dangerous. I don't think Intel sees it that way. Tee time at 9:00...leaves are just over the peak..it's going to be 70 and clear blue skies...that's a bonus day in Boston at this time of year. Altair19
