We do not disagree on this. I do the same and it is one of the most tedious parts of charting for me because neither QCharts nor MetaStock can draw parallel lines in log mode. I draw so many of these lines that this is a serious pain in the ass for me.

Aside from the basic trendline, there is nothing more important to me in charting than parallel lines. This is reflected in the number of posts of mine that refer to trend/price channels. (e.g., Message 14472794

And... I doubt you look at things as Luc does. -g
