Art -- always the buyer sinks and the buyee rises,, LOL! A bit more here BEFORE the confirmation though. There may be something that WS is not excited about or it could just be the haste in which the news arrived. There is no doubt they are paying much more now than if they would have knocked on their door a month or 2 ago,,, Their certainly will be additional dilution but if there is enough profit to cover the additional shares plus some all will be fine. That seems unlikely in the immediate term IMO,,, Welsh has known what he is doing all along and there is little reason to believe anything different know...
