Tim, the rules affect small and large caps alike, I applaud reg FD. It's long overdue. Fund managers and analysts should not be entitled to info that's not available to the public. Those analysts can no longer be lazy and just rely on the companies for guidance. They will need to pull out their calculators, call companies' customers to survey business, learn about industry trends etc, the things that we small investors must do on our own.
