Pardon the interruption from a long time lurker...

1) Didn't WSTL claim (notes from CC siliconinvestor.com that the new product was an IAD? That should cover the voDSL as well. I don't see how they are behind if that is true. What they need is for this are interoperate with gateway vendors to get back to the switches.

2) Please don't confuse us with Yahoo. ("its definately not a leader as people were purpoting it to be a mere 3 days ago. "About to take over EFNT, #1 in ADSL" etc etc countless times.")
You showed up here with your EFNT bias about the time goldfinger started his short-sale attack.

Clearly tempers over here are short and you sure did not help.

(I don't think goldie is one of the better shorts. Anthony@Pacific is way better. If tony said sell, do it)
I follow this board because it has a long history of providing facts (thanks Bill C, Pi, Trey...) and not so much fighting as on Yahoo. There are always people who play several of the DSL stocks (PAIR, Amati...) and those discussions were never this strained.

3) I am extremely disappointed in the company's lack of credibility. We have gone through this before (Seamans 3 contracts) and I don't see why they should be given another chance. MZ must face the music and respond to the market if he is to ever have any credibility. He really hasn't proven to me that he is a CEO that is ready for prime time.

The last point is a question. I believe that the market is adjusting from the excessive overvaluation in a number of companies, now, particularly in the telecom area. This probably will (or has?) moved to excessive undervaluation. Much of WSTL's decline happened before the earnings were announced. ($40 down to $9) How much of this can we get back independent of WSTL's numbers? Even COVD had a bounce
