I realize that mine is not the only valid opinion on the matter of eschatology. I respect those who differ with me on this. Fifty years ago it was much easier to hold your position, but now it looks like God's promises to Israel are indeed about to be realized. The Church has been wrong and corrected before, and I suspect that on this matter they have mistaken the hardness of Jewish hearts towards Christianity for God's being finished with Israel as a nation.
