as I said I am new here, but from what I gather, the company suffered a reversal of fortune last year due, at least in part, to a change in stragey with the marketing effort. they decided to make a transition to outside salespeople from what had been largely a telemarketing effort. this is correct? if so, well, costs always precedes profits, even when one buys a lottery ticket.
people need to show a little patience when investing. with the excellent sequential results, and the new contracts you referred to, I decided to increase my position today. I placed a market order, rather than try to wait for a pullback. if I don't show faith in my company, how can I expect others to pay a higher price for the shares later on that I did?
as I said, let's try to get some interest going here. maybe then we can do something about this onerous spread that is hurting us!
