Ben I went up to the VZ store here in STL to pick up one of the NOK phones and take it apart(OK, maybe throw it against the wall until it busted up into little pieces). The store was packed. All of their handset models were in two displays, but the display NOK was missing from each rack. There was a guy in who wanted 'The Nokia', but the rep he was dealing with couldn't find one. I didn't want to wait around forever and then not have one available, so I left. Maybe I'll stop back next week sometime. Buying the phone without a contract is $149, in case anyone beats me to it. Cooters BTW, Your standards-related posts are much appreciated.
