For GUMM
- great products.
- increasing comparable sales year to year
- loyal shareholders that see the potential of nicotine gum, dental gum, and Gel Tech.
- gum business will be profitable soon.
- NO debt. The $500k debt is Gel Tech's and is tiny anyway.
- GUMM had $4.5 million in cash as of June 00. No reason to borrow for operating purposes. Debt still $0.00 today.
- No-nonsene new Board members with excellent backgrounds and contacts to bring new business and profitability to GUMM.
- Market share of Zicam increasing according to marketing data.
- Very high gross profit on Zicam of about 75%.
- Increasing market share of a high gross profit item = big profit that easily offsets temporary small loss on gum business.
- Close to inking deal with large multinational consumer products company for new dental gum. Global distribution through established channels. Substantial volumes and immediate profitability in gum business.
- Shipments of nicotine gum will begin next quarter.
- Gum Tech will be paid cost plus small fixed profit for making nicotine gum and will receive 49% of the in profits from the joint venture with Swedish Match that will add to profitability of gum business.
- Partner with large pharmaceutical company coming for Gel Tech.
- Huge short interest that represents substantial buying power when certain news events are released that squeeze the shorts beyond recognition.
- Sales up 40% from 1997 to 1998. Sales up 194% from 1998 to 1999. Sales up 51% year to date from 1999 to 2000. Price to sales below the average of the S&P 500 even though sales growing much more rapidly than the S&P 500.
- Stock is undervalued based on current fundamentals. Stock is grossly undervalued based on future fundamentals.

Neutral
- Small 3rd quarter loss is expected. Won't help the shorts because it is already expected. Nobody cares about the third quarter.

Against
-Having to put up with daily lies from a few short sellers that have more aliases per capita than the number of people per square mile in China.
