The article you are referring to in the Salt Lake Tribune was written by Steven Oberbeck who was quoting Rick Berry, an analyst at Murphy, Marseilles, Smith & Mammack in Atlanta. His target price was 16-18. I have never heard of this firm, but the entire article can be read on line by going to "http://www.sltrib.com". After you get there click on archive and then search for "IOMEGA". The title of the article is "Rival Drives Zip's Iomega 28% lower".
