Haughtiness goes before a fall. Those companies should withdraw from Europe using this as the clarion call to abandon a sinking ship. I guess they can't do that, but it's hard to see how EC would enforce any measure. More than likely they will be raising interest rates so I doubt they want to chase away any business. Enough of it will be running anyway.
