Scifres is easier to say that its spelling indicates. It's sci (as in science) firs (as in fir tree) with the emphasis on the first syllable. Sci'firs.

I'm glad you saw the CNBC feature. I thought is was well done and not only good for SDL but positive for the fiber optics sector as a whole.
