UF: Wash sales...

I am just beginning to learn of the nuances relating to wash sales, but did not think of it for my scenario because I was not selling FIRST to incur the loss, then buying back in +30 days.

I appreciate your calling that to my attention because that well may affect the advantage. Back to the books.

My strategy has been, like yours, just to hang on, but I had tempting thoughts that obviously were naive. Lots to learn!!
