Ray: "I've done no FA" It does pay to read the SEC filings <GGGG> TLXN is being acquired by SBL. The 425 (anti trust period) was filed on Oct. 10 putting the close date of the deal. Each share of TLXN will be worth .50 share of SBL. SBL is currently at 38 and change thus TLXN is where it is. Not one of those highly publizied deals. I'll have to get more into SBL, but on first look I think it would pay off nicely. Ken
