Wrong. Most give Bush the electoral edge even though Bush's lead in the polls in not yet reflected in the state polls.

POLL UPDATE: Bush Up In All 4 Tracking Polls

George W. Bush leads Al Gore 50%-40% in the latest CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll, conducted 10/17-20 with a margin of error of +/- 4%. Ralph Nader received 4% and Pat Buchanan less than 1%.

In the Washington Post's tracking poll, Bush leads Gore 48%-43%, with Nader at 3% and Buchanan at 1%. The poll was conducted 10/17-19 with a +/- 3% margin of error.

Bush is up 48%-43% in the latest ABC News tracking poll, which gave Nader 3% and Buchanan 1%. ABC and the Washington Post are sharing data for their polls but applying different likely voter models.

Bush leads 45%-44% in the latest Reuters/MSNBC tracking poll conducted by Zogby Int'l. Nader received 4%, while Buchanan, Natural Law's John Hagelin and Libertarian Harry Browne each received less than 1%. The poll was conducted 10/18-20 with a +/- 3% margin of error.

Bush leads Gore 45%-42%, according a Fox News/Opinion Dynamics survey. Nader received 4% and Buchanan less than 1% in the survey conducted 10/18-19 with a margin of error of +/- 3%.

Gore leads Bush 45%-44% in a new Democracy Corps (D) survey, conducted 10/18-20 with a margin of error of +/- 3%. Nader received 5% and Buchanan 1%.
